Sales Consultants

SmartGrass is seeking an ambitious, organised Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll:

• Meet with clients to assess needs and provide design advice
  
• Educate customers on our premium artificial turf products
  
• Create clear pricing and proposals for projects ranging from residential and DIY to commercial, sports, and council

Installation Foreman & Installation Labourers
(RECRUITING NOW at our Christchurch, Wellington & Auckland branches)

About the role

This is a hands-on position that delivers real job satisfaction when you see a project completed and a client delighted with their new space. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team working on both residential projects and SmartGrass Sport installations for world-class sports fields and courts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Using our job management software to coordinate and execute installation projects
  
• Installing SmartGrass artificial turf across a variety of sites
  
• Carrying out light excavation, earthworks, and precise base preparation
  
• Operating machinery and travelling across the region, with occasional overnight stays
  
• Leading an installation team if appointed to a leadership role
