The challenge
Queenspark Primary was undergoing major works around the school including the creation of a new classroom block. Upgrades to several outdoor areas were also required, and the school opted to create an artificial mound with a timber deck stage in order to create interesting areas for play for the children.
The solution
Working to the design supplied by the architect, SmartGrass’s installation team laid the turf ensuring a smooth and seam-free appearance. SmartGrass promotes play in all weathers, while keeping children clean and safe.
