Architectural dream home with lawns to match
The Stuarts’ chose a SmartGrass lawn so they could have an outdoor space that was equal to the incredible views across Christchurch beyond it.

The challenge
Pete and Barbara built the home of their dreams. Architecturally designed with split level landscaping and incredible views across Kennedys Bush and beyond into Christchurch.
Their architect specified SmartGrass as the best option for a low-maintenance lawn that is both natural and manicured in appearance.
The solution
SmartGrass fitted in well with the vision that our clients had for their new landscape. Their garden is split level to take advantage of the surrounding vista and sunshine.
The builder was briefed with SmartGrass’ base preparation specifications and this was carried out during the construction of the split level landscaping. Once the work was complete, the SmartGrass installation team laid the turf over the prepared base.
Pete and Barbara moved into their dream home and just love how they haven’t needed to worry about lawn mowing or maintenance from day one.
