I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I am beyond impressed with my grass installation, that I had to give a shoutout to the SmartGrass Auckland team and share how amazing they have been! The transformation has made such a difference, it has completely elevated the look and feel of my space—admiring the view of a beautiful, lush lawn daily, I actually find myself wanting to go outside and enjoy it now. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Sophie, who handled the initial meeting and quote, was an absolute pleasure to deal with—especially with all the questions I had. Phil, the Operations Manager, was incredibly accommodating with scheduling, and Annalee in the office was also fantastic—friendly and helpful. And finally, a HUGE thank you to the installers, Troy and Andrew. These guys were exceptional. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they truly went above and beyond my expectations. Professional yet down-to-earth, with great communication throughout. Their workmanship is top-tier, their attention to detail is second to none and they left everything spotless at the end of each day. The finished result is to such a high standard—I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had so many compliments from others in the complex already, and I can say with confidence and without hesitation that this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my property. I cannot recommend the SmartGrass Auckland team highly enough!

Thank you SmartGrass team for my home spruce up project completed to my full satisfaction from start to finish. Love how Cam listened and consulted to capture the vision of the brief. Andrew’s graft built and filled our side yard with pebble work (no more weeding!). Of course Richard’s overview of our site, prep and lawn laying and overall finishing touches to both the side and backyard are first class. Sets up the summer to enjoy our space more than we ever had before. I can lie down on the comfort of my lawn and watch the world turn and night skies. What a wonderful team. Sophia was amazing and knowledgeable about the products. Phil kept us updated at every stage and checked on delivery. Connal did a fabulous job on the install. He even “cut” the grass down where there were the odd longer blade. I couldn’t be happier.

Superb experience. The whole team from Sophie as my initial contact to Phil organising the project to the guys who installed the turf, have all been amazing. The clean up of the existing area was a large part and there was never any problem or complaining from the install team. I enjoyed the guys laid back no hassle approach and they answered all my questions. End result has changed the whole back yard, so money well spent. Just hoping my dog likes it as much as I do.
