Super impressed with my newly installed smart grass. Expectional customer service from measurement and quote. Jharn's attention to detail impressed .As my property is small I was treated professionally and respectally that they would happily take on any size job. Insulation went seamlessly with excellent communication. Liam's work ethic is to the highest standard with working around neighbors(shared driveway) and clean up after Insulation. I'm so happy with the smart grass its the best investment and my greyhound loves zooming around on it.

My experience dealing with Smart Grass has been fabulous. From my first meeting with Cameron through until the installation was complete, I could not fault any aspect. Communication was regular and always easily accessible. Richard and Jayden were meticulous in their work and such nice guys to have working on my property. Their knowledge of the product and what was involved, was impressive. Most importantly, I am thrilled with the end result and would recommend Smart Grass without hesitation. A very satisfied customer.

Outstanding job done by Glen from SmartGrass. He worked hard especially considering the first day was raining. Felt sorry for him. Looks wonderful Thanks also to Zane who gave us the quote. He was lovely and explained the process of what happens. Many thanks also to Phil for being able to slot us in at short notice, much appreciated

We are so pleased that we went with smart grass. The product looks better than we could have ever expected and has changed the aesthetics of our garden completely. The staff were professional and friendly, from consultant Jharn to the installers Dean and Jordy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and product at friends and family Pete and Heather Nielsen

We have just had both our back and front lawns done with Smart Grass. I should qualify that as both these areas were the original paddock as we live rurally. Jharn came out and did the quoting and pricing and made a couple of sensible suggestions on how we could save some money by squaring off the proposed lawn in a couple of places. Very helpful. Glen Liam and Nick completed the work on our back lawn in double quick time as this area is fenced for our dogs so it meant we didn't have to keep them in the barn for too long. It looks amazing and the dogs are really enjoying it. Two weeks later Glen and Liam did our front lawn which looks amazing. The guys worked very consistently and it was completed in 3.5 days. We were as impressed by the level of service as we were by their workmanship. We can't thank you enough and would highly recommend your company, product and people. Many thanks Nicki and Grant

I had a great experience with Smart Grass creating a small functional area for my home gym. From the initial consultation with Cameron through to the installation by Rich and Connal, the whole process was easy. Communication was excellent, the team was professional and thorough, and the installation was completed to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with how the space turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smart Grass. 🙏🏻

I am thrilled by my new lawn it looks great, where there where muddy puddles is now green and lush looking grass. The sales consultant Jharm was very enthusiastic without being pushy and the installers Nick and Connal did a GREAT job and were very happy to dig up and remove plants from the area.

We met Jharn at a Home Expo and we were very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the company and product. The team communicated well to manage expectations on installation which allowed us to plan ahead. Glen was accommodating during installation and able to work with us when given a different access option. Glen and Zane kept the site super tidy and put down protection on our deck and driveway to ensure it wasn’t damaged. Overall, everyone we dealt with was wonderful and I would highly recommend SmartGrass.

Thank you to Glen, Zane and Jharn for a great job on my new grass. A friendly team. The particular attention during the install made it look like natural grass, but I will never have to trim the edges!
